Ah-ha! I just investigated, there are in fact two switches near this door, the obvious one to the right which creates elementals, and a secret one on the wall to the left a couple of squares that opens the door. Should solve all your troubles. Good luck!

We're talking about the same switch, I think.

Regardless, the door is half open and elementals are made every time the switch is flipped. Does the door eventually open or does it need to be coerced up?

And I was doing so well with Conflux, also.

Here's my current situation, and I'm officially flummoxed. I used a certain scroll and it dumped me in Aquatana. From there, I've been doing everything I possibly can to get back to the main dungeon. Thus far, I have:
