I just downloaded Conflux 3.5 Beta 8 which is supposed to be stable, and it also has the bug with the exploding throwables. I'm starting to think it's not really a bug?

Where can I find older releases of Conflux ? (like Wip003 or others).
The Wip004 is still bugged (neutral projectiles bug).
