When you cast multiple shield spells (FUL BRO NETA or YA IR, doesn't matter) the effect is cumulative. There is no absolute limit, but there is a diminishing return.

And yes, the spells do degrade in power over time, although it is not linear for the shield spells. The shields retain close to full ...
