The fluxcage is moved by the teleport only when the teleport appears, so I guess a "static" teleport isn't sufficient. Perhaps some other teleport elsewhere will do just as fine, but that one is a commonly known one and at a nice and peaceful place. :) I'm sure I've tested other similar teleports as ...
