Wow! I can still remember at least a half of the games!
Looking back after the 20 or 25 years, it's obvious that all these games were all very similar and kind of non-sense for today gamers, but all of them included many innovative and nice ideas, all of them were extremely hard, funny to play, and the designers were doing an excellent job if you think about the limited capabilities of the 8-bit Ataris. Out of the games from this video, Boulder Dash, Jet Set Willy and Manic Miner were my most favourite games. Oh, sweet memories! The world of computer games is so boring today!

Lucky to have an Atari 800 in my time. Friend had an Atari 800XL (later an Amiga). Happy times!

Saddening? Amazing. Most welcome thing that has come across my computer screen for months.
I cried, smiled, hurt, rejoiced, etc.
Life is such an amazing thing. Friendships and love make it a great ride.
Death? While it's a reality, I've always been frustrated by what it takes from us.

My current favourite - who said you'd need a guitar to perform Metallica?!

Re: Cool stuff you've found on the web
A belated shout out to Lunever's link - BATTERY! BATTERY!
Re: Cool stuff you've found on the web
Glad you like it - and there's more of it: Manowar ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IiESgYr35gA ) and Nightwish ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XCGQiGEY ... 1&index=37 )

Re: Cool stuff you've found on the web
Indeed, that and zyx's marble machine make me realise I should click on the links more often, instead of just mean to click on them

Re: Cool stuff you've found on the web
If there`s a big, complex marble machine somewhere, it`s Conflux!

No, I think Paul's 2D3D should have this title. In fact, I think you're a marble in this dungeon.

Re: Cool stuff you've found on the web
Awesome links! That NES Dark Side of the Moon is amazing! I especially loved On the Run! Time sounded more like C64 than NES though...
The Battery version is great as well!
