still alive

Post by Chaos-Shaman »

To all fellow Dungeon Masters. I miss you. Life has been real difficult these dayz, but i have not given up on creating a RTC dungeon. I still dream DM, and hope to be able to finish what i started years ago. It's been a slow crawl up the steep mountain of knowledge needed, with many hurdles. Working on my own, training myself with tutorials when possible, i have been able to grasp things that were at one point, out of my reach, but the passion for the game has given me hope and the will to learn the basics that was needed. Hopefully, if time and luck swing my way, I can get back to, The Essence of Chaos. I started to post snap shots of what i was working on until people got ill around me, death pretty well speaks for 2009 for me :( and now my parents too are about to pass away, so i say sorry to the DM community for ignoring this wonderful place for so long. Putting it simple, I LOVE DM, and the community. I may have some of my early works still on photobucket.

Hi Shaman, good to hear from you. I repeat what Beo said: I'm very sorry to hear of your family losses. If you need anyone to talk to, there are lots of us here who are very happy to help, just fire away. I know that I'd have found the last 2 years much harder if I hadn't had the good people from the forum to talk to.

How have you managed to do different letters in different colours? Is this in RTC? I've never seen a way of doing that?

Welcome back. Nice user interface.

If you color the font something other than white, RTC won't tint it automatically and it'll use whatever color you drew it as... so I'm guessing the font is just pre-colored.

thanks guys... he is now in the ground, and he has come to a close. my dad was the best guy to me. father of twelve children, managed life peddling eggs, potatoes and apples door to door. taught me so much. i'll always have fond memories of him taking me fishing early in the morning, trout fishing was our fave. LUV U DAD

i wish all the best for your father Trantor.
