DM2-clone for win98 and win7 (non-dos)

On the way to support skwin and dsb with formulas and features, I got a fine version now for testing.
Because I have a trafficlimit and don't want to spread this around, send me a PM if you like to test it - I'll send a link then.
Got a version for win98+ and one for win7. Should be a 1:1, so there's nothing new, but hopefully nothing missing too.
