recording your dungeon to video e.g. Fraps

Fraps gives you so many options

you can record your Dungeon without commentary or with a commentary, there is a tick box that allows you to include a microphone input but that's optional

There are many DISADVANTAGES to recording your dungeon such as SPOILER ALERT, do you want to give away secrets?

so, assuming that you are ok to let people make that decision (they play your dungeon first - then view your video) it depends whether you even have the time!! even with Fraps recording it, this all takes extra time
