with 650+ custom dungeons already on Steam for LOG it does make you wonder why anybody would bother with the novice ones going on at the back end

chiefy: Actually quite a lot has changed If you have the game on Steam, you can simply publish your work in Steam Workshop using the Dungeon Editor (select Publish from the window menu). Currently there is 625 custom dungeons in the Steam Workshop. Alternatively there is Grimrock Nexus where you can download and upload dungeons, monsters, items, portraits and other modding resources.

625 custom dungeons? why bother to make any more? that is quite a lot of competition and doesn't give you the impression that anything you do will be exactly keenly sought after

just how many custom dungeons can a DM player play through?

I didn't set out to make a dungeon to offer others to play through, I just made it because it was enormous fun just making it getting it uploaded is like a huge obstacle course anyway, it's harder to upload it than actually plan it, design it and finish it!!
