Stranger Things appeared on Netflix on Friday. I've already binge watched all 8 episodes. It was great fun

I haven't watched it (or even heard about it). Will definitely have to give it a try though. Interest was certainly piqued with the mention of nods toward early Clive Barker (among other things).

Clive Barker is probably the least obvious nod, so don't get your hopes up on that front. It's definitely more Goonies than Hellraiser.

Yes...loved it. Watched in about a week. Better than a lot of stuff you find on TV these days. Looking forward to the second season.
