Although I have done a lot of work developing the DSB engine, I haven't had time to develop my own dungeons. Well, that ends here! I will soon be releasing Dungeon Chaos Master Strikes Back, a new adventure for DSB that follows directly after DM and CSB. At the start of this new adventure, people have grown tired of the Grey Lord's rule because he is old and trips over his words sometimes. So they decide that they want Lord Chaos back instead. The price of dragon steaks is too high and Lord Chaos is going to fix that and make Viborg great again.
In addition, he's going to deport Tula and Itza back to Uxmal, demand that Wu Tse start calling herself daughter of heaven, and put Mophus in charge of dungeon efficiency. The adventure begins when our party of brave champions receive Lord Chaos's newest top secret military plans, which he totally did not accidentally give to a giggler who was walking past, and if he did, they weren't supposed to be secret anyway, really.
I hope you enjoy this purely fictional adventure that is totally fictional and surely not inspired by anything that really happened!

Haven't we already played that dungeon? Sounds familiar...

Ah yes. This is a prefect sequel. I am stoked for this wholly original adventure that takes no inspiration from real world events.
I do feel however the need to point out that in our town (a small hamlet in the shade of Mt. Anaias) we already know the person Mophus, for he is an idiot charlatan, claiming superiority over all and demanding fealty where none is deserved. The reality is that Mophus has the brain of a two year old and has such poor hygiene he smells like a dead muskrat. Dimwitted sycophantic trolins worship him for they have nothing better to do, and in turn they spread his idiot malaise to the detriment of all.
To put him in charge of anything would, I fear, be a grave mistake for he is only interested in his own aggrandizement and will lay waste to your new dungeon and all who depend on it. So I urge you to reconsider this questionable appointment and instead cast your attention to a more suitable candidate that I have in mind. Not that I know much about him, but I was contacted by a drunk trolin who's cousin knows the friend of the brother of the uncle of the creature in question. He's a bit up himself apparently, but by all accounts is a much nicer chap than Mophus and is reputedly great at keeping an eye on things. Goes by the name Southron or something like that. Would you like me to put you in touch?

Oh, is it that guy who's really into hand-related jewellery? Yeah I heard he was pretty effective at governance and at ensuring his underlings never have to worry about being cold in the workplace.

I'd actually love to play that!
And it reminds me that I had the idea of re-imagining Wizardry 4 in DSB many years ago. Instead of Werdna, you would be playing as Weirdna, who looked suspiciously like Mophus. But I never got around to doing it. Maybe, one day...

Not permanently... yet.
I still have very fond memories of this place and of the games. I even re-started Grimrock 2 for the third time a couple of months ago, maybe I'll finish it this time. And if I do, just maayyyybe, I'll play some DM again.
