[Done for V0.38] Ful bombs

I wonder, whether it'd be possible, that Ful bombs (and Ven bombs maybe also) explode, if a fireball explodes on a tile with a bomb.

This can now be done for V0.38 custom dungeons (but the behaviour isn't in the default DM / CSB dungeons).
