Scrolls & features

There are some scrolls that are not in all versions of DM/CSB like the map for the westward button or the "gibberish scroll", and of course RTC should have them all. My question is: Are there any scrolls or other features of some DM/CSB-version that are still not in RTC?
Gambit, I think you're the one who knows the different versions best. What do you think?
