Here's some bugs I've found on level 3, which include various issues:
1) The flickering teleporter at the compass puzzle is invisible (off the very first corridor)
2) Rockpiles look like they're on speed - they flip right-to-left way too often. They are supposed to be extremely slow moving
3) In the Chambers of the Guardian puzzle with the chest behind seven gates, the first teleporter does not appear even though it performs the correct function
4) In the Room of the Gem, the rock pile at the very end has a bug (maybe it's a bug with all rockpiles?). I had been throwing my stars, arrows and daggers at it, all of which 'stuck' (see another thread about bugs with 'sticky' objects). Finally, one object did not stick and fell to the ground. When I killed the rockpile all the objects I had thrown at it did not appear. With other rockpiles, all objects DID appear, but in those situations no objects had NOT stuck to the rockpile.

When I played the dungeon just now, the flickering teleporter did appear but not consistently. The first time I went up to it, it was there. I stepped in and was teleported back a few squares, and then when I went up to it again it was invisible. By going out of the corridor and coming back in, it showed up again!
