Doors now block party movement as soon as they start to close (3/4 open), rather than from half wide onwards. As well as being a different from DM, this means that it is impossible to get passed the door on the worm level (level 4). Sorry, guess the curse of the even numbers strikes again!
Was unable to (permenantly) kill off ian_scho (Haynuus), Ameena, oh_brother (Westian), money (Falkor), raixel (Petal) and Lord_Bones (Aurek) in the DM D&D game Time's Champions!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THOSE WHO MADE THE GAME WHAT IT WAS - GREAT!

I think that hight and doors should be seriously thought about

1/4th down it should hit the heads of the champions and both tall and flying monsters.

1/2 should hit the shorter monsters like screamers and worms and vexirks etc.

now if the door is at the point at which it would do dammage it should still allow the person/thing through but they should take dammage. I mean you'll bang your head on it running through it right?

you may want to think about hight and speed too.. what if you wanted to allow party memebers to have short (1/2 hight like the worms and screamers) people.. I mean look at Tiggy and Wuuf and gandal.. by all rights they should be shorter. so what if your whole party were midgets? should they not make it through at 1/2 doors? It would give them and advantage perhaps making that door but their overall speed should be cut down a little.. not too much. maybe by 1/4 off the normal speed? but that's only if they have 4.. perhaps it could be that if ther are 3 of them it would be 1/8..

Or actually.. maybe you needn't lower the speed but they would be considered to be running everywhere.. so their stamina drops faster. that sound fair..
