I don't know if this is fixed in 0.09, but on the skeletons&beholders level there is this place, where you have to lure a skeleton on a floor pad in order to get into a small room with stuff (a torch and some food, maybe something else, too). Near the place where the wall says "I hate cowards" and so on...

Anyway, the floorpad should be almost invisible, now it looks like a regular pad.

It should be added that the green button, which should make the wall go away, only a turns the wall for a nano-second to a floor, and you have to be quick, if you want to get out of there.
