Speed of Mana regeneration

In FTL's DM1 the speed of Mana regeneration was influenced by various items, not only by wisdom (40/80...) and the availability of stamina, but also by various items like for example the Staff of Manar and some other items, which did not only increase the Mana pool but by far more important the speed it was regenerated with.
