Bad monster generator

On 7,23,3 there is a monster generator which generates rock piles. Only one rock pile should be generated, but in RTC 1-4 rock piles are generated (object ID 2634)

Generator 2584 is also bad. It should generate 2 screamer slices and generates 1-4.

Hey, what's up? Try again:

Another generator:
The Encyclopaedia states, that in Level 05 (Skeleons & Beholders) the monster generator 12 ( 0 5 , 2 4 ) is a skeleton generator (1-4), but RTC generates 4 Beholders instead (I do not know wether the Encyclopaedia or RTC is wrong).

Well, and the Encyclopaedia again says, that in CSB Level 6 there are 4 Ant Men 14 (18,21) with a [Gold Key], but I got only antmen, no key.

This generator is OK, according to DMute it should generate Beholders. I gave it some time and compared all generators from RTC dungeon to the PC DM with DMute and found following differences (all monster types and positions are OK, I checked generated monster count (but not the health because it could not be easily read from DMute):
