There is a scroll missing in the firestaff's tomb: At 04 (31,25) a scroll "The keys to passage lie hidden deep." is supposed to be.

I'm sorry, I don't understand this one at all.
The co-ordinates you give don't correspond to anywhere in DM or CSB regardless as to whether the level is 0 or 1 based or you use level co-ordinates or global ones.
My understanding is that the only place where the scroll should be is at the zero based 30,26,6 (global) or 25,20,6 (level) in the DM dungeon and it is there.
Can you please let me know in more detail what the problem is and I'll have another look.

Ah sorry, I just dragged&dropped the missing scroll from the Encyclopaedia site where it is item nr. 4 on that level.
Coordinates are from the Encyclopaedia map at <a href="http://dmweb.zpc.cz/DMLevel06.htm">dmwe ... l06.htm</a> , beginning with the Hall of Champions as lvl 0, so this would be z06 (x31,y25), between the first and the second Ra-door at the entrance of the level that is the tomb of the Firestaff.
