The encumbrance check is still not working properly: If you put an object into a characters backpack by clicking it on the energy bars the character will stay unencumbered for a short while, even if the new weight would get him yellow, then he is suddenly slowed down.
And if you take up an item that slows down your party leader, he stays slowed down when you drop that item into another characters inventory.
Encumbrance of the party leader should be checked every time an object is taken up, and if some item is put into or taken from an inventory encumbrance of the party leader AND of the character whose inventory is used should be checked.
