Fountains missing

Between the Gauntlet of Fire and the Couatl Lair of Dain you should face a fountain northwards from z05/x18/y10 and westward from z05/x17/y11.

Also, there should be fountains in the Couatl's lair if you face east from z5/x30/y18 and z5/x30/y14.
