Every emulator problem solved, except....

Post by ZachTheAngryDrunkenJew »

Well, I found a nifty emulator and a working kickstart rom for it. Then I got adfOpus to work and I opened up my save game in it and took out my save file (DMGAME.DAT) I messed around, edited some things, and then when I went to put it back in the dungeon save.adf it says:
"adfFileOpen : file already exists"
then I click "ok" and it says:
"Error opening destination file (volume full perhaps?)"

Im stumped, I could'nt find any way to delete the one alreaddy in there so I could place the one I edited back in. Also, I coul'nt find any thing on this message board that mentioned this problem. If anyone could help, that would be great.
And thanks for the help, Im almost there! :)

Simple. Click on the DAT file, and select Action > Delete. Then you should be able to copy the file back. If that doesn't work, check that the ADF file is writable (right click on it in Windows Explorer, select properties and un-tick 'Read Only').

I've been trying to get Pacifist and Winuae working and just can't. Could you let me know where you got your emulator and rom, or could you e.mail them to me please. Jerry_Piotrowicz@excite.com

Thankyou

Wow, finally, it works. Thanks alot man. And Jerry, try this site: <a href="http://www.majestic.ndirect.co.uk/amiga ... iga.htm</a>
None of the links worked for me but my isp is'nt too great. I can't remember where I go it but just go to ask jeeves and type "where can I find an amiga emulator" or something along the lines of that.

Thanks again,
Zach
