What is Loading back/Load Backing? I heard about it but I don't know how.

Hmm, not heard of that term. It might be another name for 'genetic modification' or whatever. That is where, near to leveling up, you have saved, so when you increase in level and don't like the random stats allocated, you (load back?) and repeat until you get the highest stats you think are possible.

This would be my guess anyway...sound right in context?

loading back is simply loading a savegame

the loading back may be used so:

just before you level up save the game, then if the stats you gained are too low, just reload and regain the level
(not quite effective in dm)
