Mystery Weapon
In the Dungeon Master Manual there is a picture of a wand or staff of some kind on pages six and nine. Did this ever exist? Was it ever available for any version of Dungeon Master? Does anyone know anything about it? Just curious to find out. I spent so many days looking for it on the IIgs version years ago.
Re: Mystery Weapon
Not a fancy version of one of the ones available by hacking like the conduit was it?
Was unable to (permenantly) kill off ian_scho (Haynuus), Ameena, oh_brother (Westian), money (Falkor), raixel (Petal) and Lord_Bones (Aurek) in the DM D&D game Time's Champions!

Re: Mystery Weapon

you are talking about these pages?
i didnt ever see an item having this picture, neither at the atara- nor at the pc-version of dm or csb, and im now as curios as you are. either it was an item removed after some beta test or appearing at an earliy version (maybe that one where you could cast ful bombs ;)) or it only exists on some other systems.
Re: Mystery Weapon
aaaah, yes, know the picture now..i always put it down to early version of the game....(sorry, have normal modem, didn't want to check manual)
if the graphreader rips the complete graphics file then this proves it's not in anymore - maybe old version of firestaff or staff of manar
