Opens a secret room in level 3 (chamber of the guardian I think) containing mummies and a gold key and can be used to open the wall next to the inscription "enlarge my view" in level 11, although someone in this forum pointed out any item could be used due to a programming error. Other than that, I know of no practical use.

It is also the answer to the riddle "I am all, I am none" found on the skeleton level.
