I've been looking around for ways to edit the graphics.dat of DM1 but i haven't come across anything that works correctly.
I downloaded GraphReader0012 which claimed it could save graphics.dat files (But i couldn't get it to work). Is there any other program out there (for windows) that can save graphic.dat files? Or is there a FAQ on how to make GraphReader0012 work correctly? (I saw a lot of stuff on needing files etc in the forum post about it, i d/led and installed those files but still nothing works correctly)

Re: Editing DM Graphics?
I will soon (before the end of February I hope) publish rather complete file format specifications for the graphics.dat files (all versions), as well as animation files.
I will also post sample scripts that will decode nearly all the contents of these files.
With that, anyone willing to spend enough time will be able to develop tools to edit the data files (change animations, graphics, sounds, font, texts, ...). I might be doing this myself, but this is very time consuming so I prefer to make things public so that anyone wanting to work on it can do it.

Hey, if i still have interest in DM editing at that time, i could easily make a gui-less program that just "works" !=]
So i guess your doing the dirty work =]
Is there any other "complete" fileformats for dungeon.dat?

There will be one also! I still have to complete it and I will publish it after the graphics and animations file specs.
