I'd like to resurrect this post again - and ask if customizable keys for movement/spells will be part of the next RTC release - so far the keypad can be used for movements or spells, but keys cannot be freely assigned for the different movements. Any chance for V0.25?

Even if they can't be customised, it does sound like peopel with laptops want an alternate key-set not based on the keypad or cursor keys

any requests? i would suggest the top two letter lines are the best place, as they have the lease diagonal shift...somehting like :
uio
jkl ?

My preference would be the same as in CSBwin:

j k l
m , .

But I'm taking anything else as well - better than at the moment in any case. On another thought, something more to the left would also be fine,
for example:

qwe
asd

If you take the last row though, please mind that zxc is yxc with a german
keyboard, for example!

That is a big help - thanks a lot. I can use the movement keys, but if I want to turn in a critical situation (shooters and the like, for example) this can be a lethal problem if you have to search where your keys for turning are. (talking notebooks keyboards, of course)

It was damn annoying, I tell you... And since there's so many proposals you have to be persistent if you want to see them being realized, otherwise George cannot keep track of all the requests and bug reports I'd say...

But I must say compliments to George for digging up so many of the problems out of hundreds of posts probably and fixing them - must have cost the same time as actually changing the code ;o)
