RTCED BUG: Scrolling with middle mouse

Bug: Perhaps not a bug as such, but certainly annoying. If you use the middle mouse button to scroll the map around, the cursor jumps first to the middle of the screen before scrolling. I think it would be better and more intuitive if it scrolled from where the cursor is currently positioned.

What If I put the mouse back where it was after a scroll ?

Just a habbit I guess, but in window mode, if you moved the mouse quick enough you could go out of the window and that would probably make it do odd things.

Let me have a look and see what I can do.
