Graphic Alignment Utility

Hi everyone,

Not started writing this yet but there was discussion in another thread about a tool that would allow dungeon authors to align graphics and then export the text section.

The idea was to put this in with Chaos Forge, but I fancy having a go at getting this section out for people doing custom graphics and wall sets.

Like I said, it will be "from scratch" as of tonight and I have no idea about the structure of the data files in RTC so I am almost certainly need some assistance,

So, floodgates open, what (apart from the obvious) do people want it to be able to do.
