monsters, that drains player`s attributes - 2 (CSBwin)

monsters, that drains player`s attributes - 2 (CSBwin)

is it possible, to make monsters attack type, that drains player`s attributes (like dex, vitality, wisdom etc.)?

I allready asked the same question, but in RTC suggestions forum.
