Fullscreen crash (CSBwin)

Dead posts cluttering up the front page of certain non-RTC forums are kept here. Threads have the forum subject attached, except custom dungeon threads (which are obvious)

Fullscreen crash (CSBwin)

In fullscreen mode, when dying with an overlay active, the overlay remains on the screens "The End" and "Credits".
Restarting then crashes the game.

In windowed mode, the same events don't cause any problem.
