How do you write hint oracles?

I made a script that converts .htc files to text files, as well as the opposite (it is called HTCConverter and is available here: http://dmweb.free.fr/Downloads.htm ).
It might be a bit tedious, though, to create lots of hints for a dungeon.

The link is fine now. It was fixed.
Figure the program out? It's a bit confusing right now, I've looked at it, but I'll probably get it sometime within 100 years. It's true! 100 years or less!
