Yes it was me. Forgot to login last time. Your movie sounds great, Harry Potter ? pffft. What a chase movie it could be. Pursued across two continents by those fiends. Perhaps we could all be in it. All forum members combining to drive the little swine back where they belong.
Johnny Depp to play me I think

is this your record, 19 h? well, I`m impressed. I think I spent most about half of a day (12 h) playing Conflux and I was dying after that!playing csb for 19 hours straight
But as far as I remember, I had as long sessions with Settlers on my Amiga years ago, also something about 18-19 hours, or maybe more, and after that time I couldn`t get slept (when I was closing my eyes I was PLAYING in my mind, like in front of the monitor (was seeing these little people building a village!)!! That was totally, absolutely ill !!

The same happened to me with Civilization, Adamo. Eyes were closed, body in bed, but the mind still in the game! I usually played one or two turns in my head before sleeping!
Trantor, I once mastered a 24h P&P RPG to my friends who were newbies to AD&D. They had level 3 characters.
When they reached the final boss, a gigantic serpent who raised a human head, it gazed into the eyes of their best warrior, uttered "DIE!" and the dwarf fell to floor, drooling and convulsing, and stopped breathing (or so it seemed). Then their only magician was shocked by an aura of fear and lost all his magic means. Ah ah, all the players were pale of fright and trembling!
Imagine what it is to cross a 24h odyssey, building trust into your team, winning skirmishes, surviving traps, hiding, exploring, etc., and then suddenly face something clearly bigger than you and feel that the time of your death (or at least, of your character) has come! Bwahahaha!
I also did once a 30h non-stop session of work in my firm (coding a belated project already sold to a client). But it was less fun.

Funnie picture...and reactions.
My computer has only been saved from zyx and certain death by my not drinking anything at this current moment to spit into the open electronics.
I remember during my brief P&P D&D stint creating an 'unkillable' skeleton king recurring villian, with both an anti-magic shield and a physical shield (generated from the helm he wore). Finding out more about him, and learning the existence of peaces of a great axe to quest for, unite and kill him would be a fun set of quests and a background arc. Of course, there was nothing in my mind to stop the attempt (through telepathy) of just knocking the helmet from his head either. Ah, how he encouraged such hopelessness and running in fear....
