Riddles

As everyone else does, testing out riddles for dungeon here : )

Spinning death,
glittering where you least expect

My mind in your hands,
my thoughts in your head

As she mixed what was left...

Two elements I can contain,
only one or both at once

I sound more courageous,
fragment of the earth am I

Hmm...the first one I think maybe a Throwing Star...the second maybe umm...gawd not played DM for a while...a scroll or something...the third one..umm is that one line a whole riddle? Well, erm...I dunno anyway. The fourth one...hmm...I dunno, maybe a Flask...and the final one is similar to a riddle I made myself for one of my past fooked-up dungeons, a Boulder

1. Close - you were in the chat when I did a version of this riddle : ) I should maybe call it 'whirling death' 2. Yep 3. yes, that's the whole riddle, might add a bit more. Think cross word clue 4. Yup - can also be waterskin too 5. Lol, oops, hope I didn't get that one from you then! Yep : )

Okay I just worked out the "mixed" one...thought it might be cryptic at first by the way it was written and normally I'm crap at them but this one was fortunately easy - Ashes

. And the first one...erm...something that spins really fast and kills you, presumably by coming through the air at you but not a Throwing Star although that's close...umm...maybe a dagger then...but it says "glittering" but normally that would imply something shiny like coins or gems but they're not exactly lethal...hmm can't think of anything else atm...
And no, you didn't get the Boulder riddle from me. I've never posted up those particular riddles anywhere

Yeah, 'as she' isn't exactly the most complex rearrangement : )

And Morning star! Where you wouldn't expect...morning! Glittering (maybe twinkling?) for star, as you guessed. Whirling death as in you spin it aroudn your head - but spinnign soudns more like throwing star, so changed it- why does no one remember the poor old morning star!

Lol, another psychic flash about boulder then - I think you jsut project your thoughts at people, I really do, the amount of weird multiple postsings you have with people : )
