Hi Zoom, just had a quick look at your spiders!

The first one is the common garden spider, or 'araneus quadrantis', also known as the garden orb weaver.

On page two, this looks like a 'pholcus' or daddy long legs spider. Really cool, they start to vibrate when you get near to put off attackers! Also large leg span.

The next one is definatley a house spider, 'tegenaria spp', possibly the gigantea type. Fast...

Not sure of the one on the next page, I'll have to look them all up to clarify, but a scary house you must have!

NB the pholcus spp spider actually hunts the housespider... try and get them together!

Yeah, there are some areas in our house and garden that are loved by spiders. Neglected and/or not really used .. :o

Beowuuf´s rank finally ascended into the higher spheres of "special characters"!

I think normal members cannot change their ranks. If moderators see fit, however, maybe you can get your own rank !

When you get to Archmaster status, you can ask a Mod to give you your own rank - there are some ready-made ones beyond Archmaster though if you'd rather stick with them. They're listed in a post from several months back.

Yeah, admins get to set ranks (both the normal ranking system and specials) I am the one that started doing the 'get to archmaster, get a personalised rank' thing - I figured if you get as high as that, you might as well be individual : )

hehe, I am thinking of a new one as we speak...

Did you know there is a solar eclipse over Europe on the 3rd of October? Its only partial from the UK, but 90% in Spain. So if the sky turns dark in the middle of the day, and you get a chill in your spine then you'll know it is an eclipse and NOT the release of ConfluxIII...

Hehe, I'm preparing myself to take some photos of the eclipse. In the south of France it should be 74,5%

And I do not believe in co-incidences. Speaking of which, you still have a rank if you want it zyx...or I might just assign you one for fun anyway! : )

A lesser person would know how to spell it, or look up a dictionary, or even just load Word / search in google to find the right spelling, BUT NOT ME! I'LL MIS-SPELL IT AND START A CRUSADE TO HAVE THE WORD CHANGED, FOR I HAVE A HUGE POSTCOUNT AND MUST BE RIGHT BY GOD! I WILL...

Post counts are vastly overtrated and mean nothing in the grand scheme of thigns..infact all it means is that if I have said anything interesting no one could find it quickly in the 100 - 1000 posts of drivel preceding it

speaking of many posts, you do remind me of an old friend that would just post a lot, quite fun to think of it really, you both should be brothers! ^^
