Once again, I'm not sure if this has been covered before, but:
I've noticed, that if you throw an object towards a monster, and IF the monster moves just when the object is about to hit, it doesn't hit!
I don't know if this is a bug, but it sure feels that way.

Yeah, collision detection is a bug (in dm too!)
Incase you haven't noticed, if you move very when a monster first casts a spell then you can do the same thing back to it
I think it's slightly more pronounced in RTC
