[fixed for V0.36] Dragon on steroids in 0.35?

Hi GG, I finished RTC DM today and found the dragon breathing fire REALLY fast. I was under constant fire. Sophia confirmed that dragons in general seem rather hyperactive now, so this may be a bug.
