download problem

Hello all I am a complete and utter newbie to this forum, so please be patient with me! Anyroadup...... I was well pleased to discover a PC download of DM, Chaos etc. so I downloaded it and had a wonderful time playing it again, annnywaaay,on completion I found the super-character hack by dmman, thought brilliant! I'll have a go with that,so I've downloaded it.......now this is where I show you all that I'm really thick...it says on the read-me that all I have to do for the PC version is put the four saved files in the DM directory(ftl) but I haven't a clue how to do that(plank!) so pleeeeeese can anybody help?? thanks a lot and hope to ralk soon......bika tata!

Wherever the DM.exe file is you click on to play is the folder you need to put the files in there. If you play through a short cut, you should be able to right click on the shortcut and find the target directory.

I'm not familiar with the super-hack cheat, so is there some other problem than this?

Thanks! I have already tried dragging the saved files to the RTC. exe folder but it just says "critical error" and closes the prog?? So I think there maybe something wrong with the hack..... I actually found the download on this site under the downloads section ...erm I think! There was a list of things to download and this was in it.....I'll have another look around and see if I can find it again and tell you exactly where it is....oh, thanks for the help btw. bika.

the files are on dm.web encyclopedia....click on downloads..then miscellaneous....then super characters. bika.

RTC is a clone, and has nothing to do with PC DM and the super hack. As i understand it the files would work with PC DM.

You can use the RTC editor in the folder to create new super powered charatcers
