I encountered 2 bugs regarding the puzzles of level 06 (skeletons / wizard's eyes):
1) The test of strength puzzle was already solved when I arrived there. Maybe a monster went where it isn't supposed to go?
2) The door at x13/y30 does not open. I did activate the monster generator, but no matter whether I stand on the pressure pad before it or not, the door remains shut. Maybe the archmaster monsters are moving to fast to allow the door to open? In this case this puzzle should be modified in a way that ensures, that the door is at least fully opened once both pressure pads are activated, before it is allowed to shut again (maybe some small delay will do it).
I'll email the savegame to you, George.

Well, of course I meant level 05.
The second bug described isn't one, the door did open, probably it's been my mistake. The first one however is correctly reported: The test of strength door was already open when I first arrived there, and I didn't propel anything down that corridor.
Beyond that, I found another one:
3) The monster generator (12) at x05/y24 is supposed to be a skeleton generator according to Christophe's encyclopaedia maps, but in RTC it's a wizard's eye generator. I think I mentioned that way back but never gave it a second thought then. Is this really a bug or is there some difference between different original versions (Atari/Amiga/PC)? In any case I'd prefer the skeleton generator.

He he he - 1) is a great bug. The only way I can see that it could happen is if a monster moves at a rate of 1 tile every 1/6th of a second and they accidently wander down the test your strength path so quickly the teleporters don't get triggered before they're gone! As you're playing at such a high level then I think this could actually happen (and would also explain why no-one else has ever seen this problem). As such it's fixed by the fix I've already made to the difficulty settings.
3) Must either be a mistake in the encyclopedia maps or (vastly more likely given the level of detail in Christophe's work) a difference between the various versions of DM. I've checked several versions of the original dungeon.dat and they all have a wizards eye generator at that point (as does RTC and CSBWin) - I havn't found one that has a skeleton generator there, but I presume that there must be one.
