[Fixed for V0.39] Some DM fountains missing

[Fixed for V0.39] Some DM fountains missing

The Encyclopaedia maps show 2 fountains in the swamp slime level of DM that are missing in RTC, at Enc. z04/x29-30/y00 (RTCed L24-25,0,4).

Fixed for V0.39 (and a few other fountains too!)
