How do potions in shops know how strong they are?

Post by Chaos Awakes »

When I put a VI potion, for example, for sale in a shop using the SHOP_STOCK wallitem, how strong is the potion that gets sold? Is it LO, MON or what?

It's whatever the default charge is.

If you want to have a shop with a specific charge potion, then clone the default, give it a default charge equal to the value you want and then stock that...

BTW - the same theory goes for *any* automatically generated item (e.g. swords created by spells etc)
