CSB/DM rules

Post by zoom »

How thoroughly is setting DM rules change the game?

obviously, incarnation.

how about cursed items being effective,
(would not work in dm )

and
the change in weapons stamina use.
e.g. weapon option berzerk says :
STamina 26 in DM 40 in CSB
???

The stamina drain of a weapon is set in the graphics.dat I believe
Cursed items worked in DM just like CSB (adding./removing luck)

But no, the dm rules simply change the reincarnation rules

Ahh, thanks beo;
graphic.dat is changed by using ADGE?
So If I wanted to use the stamina consumption rule of a
berzerk attack just like what the dm original version used to
cost me, I have to manually alter it in the graphic.dat

Beo, are you sure about the curse working in DM??
(For some strange reason, I really think "cursed" was not implemented in dm..)

anyway, it does not really matter ;)

I am not 100% sure, but then it should have worked, so no reason why the dm under CSBwiin should disable cursed items
