Editing Strong champions but not saved in any RTC games?

Editing Strong champions but not saved in any RTC games?

In RTC editor, I did try to edit four champions with highest health, stamina and mana up to 999. I save it from RTC Editor then I load the RTC game so the champions aren't change to health, stamina and mana but why? :(
