[Fixed for V0.45] Minions rotating 360° between firespells

[Fixed for V0.45] Minions rotating 360° between firespells

In DM2 minions could chain firespells on monsters. But in RTC minions does a 360° rotating between each firespell.

For the DM-II minions, the rotation is an illusion - the monster isn't actually rotating, it's merely an animated bitmap!

You're right that the fire rate is too low though; I've increased it for V0.45.
