Where is the speed attribute about boot of speed ?

Hi,

I need to know where is in RTC Editor the "speed attribute" that's gives to the "Boots of Speed" the faster movement.

There isn't I don't think, I believe it is hard coded into the engine... perhaps it has been seperated by now, but more likely to create the same effect with somehtign else you would need to clone the boots of speed
