Playing DM on mobile devices?

Post by somemale »

Im just curious if anyone has able to play this on a mobile handheld device. Im probably getting a nokia n95 8gb soon (symbian s60) and was wondering if its possible to play this game on it?

Albeit I guess it would be kinda silly as the keypad would be a huge limitaion factor...

If you get a Nokia N800 (which I highly recommend - I love mine) there is a version of DM & CSB which runs on it. It's similar to the PC port, and plays decently well just with a stylus. It probably runs fine on the N810 too, but I don't have one of those to test it out.

Amazing what you can fit in your pocket these days, when it took a state of the art machine to run this back in the day.

Hope that helps...

*Edit* And as a nice bonus, the N800 will also run nethack :D
