Odd as hell... compared to the last beta this one is slow as hell. I mean the intro animation drags out and when I consume a SAR Wine the game just stops responding.

I included the debug csbwin, maybe that's the reason? I don't have this problem on my machine, though.

Just try the new beta for 10 min before going to bed :)
Same problem as you Suule with SAR Wine, but the game run fine on my desktop and my laptop. didn't notice any slow down for now.
beside this, when I drink SAR Wine my key (I play conflux from my usb key, so I can play anywhere) is accessed as hell.

Okay I'm swamped now. I've drank a lot of wine and juice and I got "YOU FEEL BETTER" messages. but the disease still stays. Tried both

YA BRO
and
Spoiler

potions repeatedly, but alas. The disease seems to be stuck

I was about to post the same thing as you when I saw you message ^^
try the same things as you and try to make a juice but nothing happened.
Zyx, what do you mean by "press out the fruit while holding an empty flask"? I tried several manipulation with an empty flask and spitter berries, but didn't manage to make a smoothie :)

It's not a spitter berry.
Spoiler
It's a chewer pod that makes the juice
Also
Spoiler
Zyx can you cap the vitality gain from the juice on like 1/2 of max vitality. Due to some grinding near the Vinegar area I could make my vitality stat raise temporarily to 170!

Why the limit? Grind snapdragons and you can boost to those levels too.

I forgot to add that the juice can also be obtained by putting using a flask on a fountain

I have discovered that too, but beside it improve vitality a lot, it doesn't cure diseases at all

Edit:
Does the savegame has to be modified in order to repair something or is it ok just to use the new beta?

I've found a redoable movement to crash the game with error "51738" then "22140 MissileFilter" as I explained earlier on the forum.
Canteen officer, in the false wall that lead to the teleporter for the temple. Staying there, i shot a fireball at a little red winged demon ==> immediate crash.
I've done it 12 times, each time with the same result. I keep the savegame if you need it, just tell me where to send it.

Send it to me.
My email address is dislayed in the
CSBwin menu "Help/About"

Is the save game in the proper place
to cause the crash or do you need to tell
me how to get to the proper place from
the savegame?

And....Thanks much for the good work
in being able to duplicate this bug.

Same for me......I thought something was wrong with
CSBwin but it appears that after you drink Sar Wine
that you get a bit drunk and unable to move about.

I see that Zyx's PartyMoveFilteris inhibiting movement
and I assume it is because of the wine.

There was also an error in the PartyMoveFilter that
could cause EXTREMELY long pauses. CSBwin11_028
fixes the problem but it should also be fixed in Zyx's
filter. (Initialization problem)

I'm working on it. I asked Paul for a modification of the engine to ease my task, so it should take a day at least.
I forgot to add that the juice can also be obtained by putting using a flask on a fountain
I can't reproduce that. Which foutain?
Does the savegame has to be modified in order to repair something or is it ok just to use the new beta?
The mechanisms are saved into the savegame, so yes the savegame needs to be updated. However, I will update any savegame sent during betatesting, it's a matter of respect.

I'll ponder the limit idea, Suule.

I've used the fountains from the Spore area as well as the Guilds area. I'm gonna stop playing until the disease bug is fixed (I can't play tomorrow anyway), so I'll try and send you the file today for fixing.

OK, I sent you the savegame.
by the way, I use CSBWin11_026.exe on Conflux 3.5B3.
to answer your question, yes, you are at the the right place at the right moment with this save. ^^
Just prepare a fireball, step in the teleporter and wait for the red little winged demon (it really won't be long) fire at him, then crash :)

Zyx if you'll get the savegame, can you e-mail me? Since I get a lot of random timeouts lately sending anything out is nearly impossible.

I have removed the debug version from my site,

I have a demonstration of the System Error crash.
And, it has been pointed out to me, the debug version
has a 'Movie' feature enabled that produces a VERY LARGE
file. Sorry about that...I forgot to disable it.

I suggest that folks stop using the debug version
unless it is necessary again in the future.

I Found the same thing than Suule but now the guild fountain is not a "juicy fountain" anymore, it's an "infusion fountain" now.
I can send you my savegame i you want.

I stop playing for now, all my characters got 2 or 3 spec =0 so playing is nearly impossible. I'll wait for the fix.

The drunkness inhibits movement only once in a while in my tests. Are you saying it completely freezes the party?

Yes, Crashone, send a savegame please.
EDIT: not necessary anymore, I found the bug.

Savegame on its way.

Edit:
Zyx, I don't know where you are on earth, but in my timeline (France), it's almost 11h00 pm. ^^
I'll keep in touch for about 1h from now, then ==> go to bed.
tell me if you need something else by this time.

I just grabbed CSBwin v11_028 and tried testing C3b2 on it, but the crash happened. However it is possible to play by making a playfile out of the latest log and replaying it (playback) to the moment of a crash. Do I have to send it too?

HA! Managed to replicate the flask bug!

It's very simple actually.
Spoiler
When you press out fruit into the flask, drink it then start to get water into it from the fountain the 'juice effect' stays on the flask!

CSBwin 11.029 fixes at least one (don't knoiw if
there are more) of the System Error bugs. It
was a divide by zero. I check for zero now and
substitute a one. But probably Zyx will want
to fix the Monster Descriptor to have somenting
other than zero.

Get http://dianneandpaul.net/CSBwin/CSBwin11_029.zip

Thanks to everyone helping to find this bug.
If another shows its ugly face we can start
over looking for it.
