[Done for V0.38] Levitate over pressure pads

In DM 'floating' creatures could not trigger pressure pads (unless it's a hex code that no one has found yet). This would be a good to have the additional option for including them too (I'm not thinking in terms of visible pads and realism, more for hidden 'trigger event' pads).

Also be good if anyone ever wanted a 'featherlight' of even levitation spell for champions to avoid pressure pads and going down or damage from pits - event pads still possible.
