Can their be a few options on monster death? For example:
a) no smoke
b) another graphic generated instead
c) another effect (like a poison cloud for swamp limes) generated
d) the option to turn off default item dropping for individual creatures (you might want a certain knight to drop special swords and armour instead of the default ones)
e) an open/close/toggle effect generated on death, so an action can be generated (like a door open, graphic toggle, etc)

Was unable to (permenantly) kill off ian_scho (Haynuus), Ameena, oh_brother (Westian), money (Falkor), raixel (Petal) and Lord_Bones (Aurek) in the DM D&D game Time's Champions!
CONGRATULATIONS TO THOSE WHO MADE THE GAME WHAT IT WAS - GREAT!

This can be done in V0.35.
Each monster can have its own individual "death cloud" which can be nothing (case A), another default cloud (case C), another cloned cloud with new graphics (case B).
Case D can be done as the individual items dropped by a monster can be edited.
Case E is a bit more tricky, but can still be done using unique (invisible) items carried by monsters (or part of their body) which trigger triggers on the floor when they're dropped.
