This potion works, but not quite as in DM.

It seems to give exactly the amount of mana back that was used to cast it, but DM never allowed this. The amount given back is always much lower than what was cast, as far as I can tell.

Also, in DM you can give mana to champions with NO mana using this spell. RTC doesn't allow this.
